Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for activities and tours booked through Goawala, operated by SAHAJA YATRA VENTURES LLP.
2. Cancellation by Customer
2.1 Standard Cancellation Windows

Some activities may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly displayed on the activity listing page at the time of booking. The operator-specific policy takes precedence.
2.2 How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings".
- Or email us at info@goawala.com with your booking reference number.
- Or call us at +91 93564 59644.
3. Cancellation by Operator
If an activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participants, or any other reason:
- You will receive a full refund (100%).
- We will offer you the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation by Goawala
In rare cases, Goawala may cancel a booking due to operational issues or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No-shows without prior cancellation.
- Late arrivals resulting in missed activities.
- Cancellations made within the no-refund window (typically less than 24 hours).
- Partial use of services (e.g., leaving an activity early by choice).
7. Modifications
Date changes and booking modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Modifications may be subject to price differences if applicable.
8. Holiday Packages
Multi-day holiday packages may have specific cancellation terms due to hotel and transport bookings. These terms will be clearly stated on the package listing page.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future bookings. Refund terms in such situations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
10. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact us at info@goawala.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
